"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

Do you ever do anything else than leaving the very same comment ('nice art you got, keep up the good job') on random people's pages? I mean, this is beyond sad.. you haven't commented on a single deviation, there's not one fav here.. if you're doing all this whoring to get people to visit your webpage, you should at least make sure it works.
